Rebates & Incentives
Western Australia is one of the best places in the country to put solar on a roof — the federal and state schemes can be claimed together. We handle every application for you.
Small-scale Technology Certificates come straight off your quoted price — no forms, no waiting for a cheque. Perth sits in STC Zone 3, worth roughly $2,500–$3,500 on a 6.6kW system. We assign the certificates and discount them up front.
The state battery rebate is up to $1,300 for Synergy customers and up to $3,800 on Horizon Power, plus an interest-free loan of up to $10,000 to spread the rest. Which one applies is set by your address, not by choice.
The federal battery program takes roughly 30% off an installed battery, and it stacks on top of the WA state rebate. Between the two, storage has never been closer to paying for itself.
WA pays by when you export, not just how much: 2.25c/kWh before 3pm and 10c/kWh from 3–9pm. That's why we size storage to hold your afternoon production back for the evening window instead of dumping it at the low rate.

If you're still on the legacy REBS 40c tariff, adding a battery moves you to DEBS and can leave you worse off. We check before recommending storage. Most quotes never ask.
